The cooling line described consists of a cooling spiral conveyor at room temperature for small bakery products, such as baton cakes, muffins, brownies, …

The products are collected at the exit of the oven and positioned automatically in the spiral belt. In this case the insulated room was not necessary to cool the product. It was enough to place the spiral inside the production environment to allow the temperature exchange between the product and the enviromental air.

It is a spiral with food plastic belt that can work constantly for 24 hours 7 days a week, with a productivity of about 1500 kg / h.

The product come out at +25 C with a 900 mm height unloading system, therefore perfectly suited for handling by the personnel.
At the end of the treatment the product is completely cooled and ready to pass to the secondary packaging phase.
