Come and see our production and processing line for lasagna, pasta in sheets, flat pasta, short pasta and ready meals. From extrusion to cooking.

The line is composed by a press and a cooker with layers and it is made for the production and processing of lasagna, pasta sheets, flat pasta, short pasta and ready meals. In this case, the line starts from the extrusion of the dough up to the cooking of the product.

 

PRESS: This press is suitable for 350 kg / h of product in the header. It is complete with TOTAL VACUUM SYSTEM and CALIBRATORS to adjust the thickness of the dough.

COOKER WITH LAYERS: In order to optimize space, this cooker has been designed with several layers, in particular with 3 levels, considerably reducing the length that would otherwise have been necessary. In 8 meters of length we have two different areas to pre-cook and cook the product and to cool it. The layers inside the machine are completely made of stainless steel and allow the product to proceed completely into the water. The cooker is equipped with all steam, washing and lubrication systems. The cooling zone is divided into two sections, one for rinsing the product, the other for recovering and filtering the washing water.
