LINE FOR PASTEURIZING AND COOLING DOYPACK, CHERPACK, STAND-UP

Usually in the lines for doypack, cheerpack, stand-up the treatments are the pasteurizing and cooling, with two spirals belt conveyor in line, one as pasteurizer and the other as cooler.
In this project, the pasteurizing spiral belt conveyor could reach the 95”C inside an insulated room with an hot holding treatment, because we maintain the product for the appropriate period of time. This means that all the part of the package are pasteurized.
The spiral could work for 24/7, with a production quantity of approx.. 2800 kg/h. The temperature inside the pasteurizer is constant and uniform and there is a controlled ventilation system.
The product exit from the cooling spiral belt conveyor at +35”C.
The belt for both spirals is in stainless steel with edges to contain the product.
A particular system of conveying the products has been studied to obtain separated products at the exit of the process, suitable to be taken and manipulated.
At the end of the cooling process, by air treatment, the package is completely dry and ready to be processed with the secondary packages.
