LINE FOR PASTEURIZING AND COOLING DOYPACK

Pasteurizating and cooling line of doypack consists of a spiral conveyor belt for pasteurize the products and one for cool down the temperature.
In this project, the pasteurizing spiral belt conveyor could reach the 95”C inside an insulated room, with a B shape. We need to talk of a hot holding treatment instead of pasteurizing, because we maintain the product at the right temperature for the correct time. This means that all the part of the package are pasteurized.
The spiral could work for 24/7, with a production quantity of approx.. 1400 kg/h. Its dimensions are about 7 x 2.5 x 4 mt h.
With these dimensions, we need to optimize the distribution of the air inside the insulated room, to avoid difficulties on the treatment of the product. This line has devices and materials that keep efficient the system with the right ventilation inside the room.
Cooling spiral belt conveyor get the product at +35”C with an unloading system of 800mm height, so you can easily work your product.
The belt is in stainless steel with edges to contain the product.
At the end of the cooling process, by air treatment, the package is completely dry and ready to be processed with the secondary packages.
