PRODUCTION AND FREEZING LINE FOR FILLED PASTA

Sarp realizes the PRODUCTION AND FREEZING LINE FOR FILLED PASTA (pelmeni, vareniki, tortellini, ravioli, …). The production includes the mixer and the automatic shuttle to transfer the dough to the forming machines. A handling system moves the products from the production area to treatment area. For freezing section, a spiral conveyor is applied inside an insulated room. It reaches temperatures up to -40°C and allow the products to freeze on the surface first, and then in the filling.
At the end of this thermal process, the product is ready to be packed and follows the distribution procedure. The duration of the filled pasta packed with this process method is 1 year.
According to customer needs, the line can be modified, to adapt the production-freezing process to specific product requirements and in order to safeguard the space of production.
