Sarp is specialized in the production of dry pasta machineries with semi-automatic process, for production up to 500 kg/h.

The company mainly addresses the producers of regional pasta or special-shape pasta and handcrafted production, usually difficult to produce in industrial plants.

Plants can be realized for the usage of normal flours, gluten-free flours (starting from raw or pre-cooked flours) or special fours, implementing the existing machineries with particular systems suited to work the request flour.

Each Sarp plant consist of different components, the whole range includes:

  • Presses able to dose and mix semolina, flour, water, eggs and other ingredients for the preparation of every type of dough: gluten-free or not, with raw flour, treated, WITH or WHITOUT vacuum.
  • Spreaders for long-cut pasta, which automatically spread long-cut pasta on sticks.
  • Automatic stackers: allow automatic accumulation of pasta on trays which are later stacked on trolleys.
  • Cutters, which allow longitudinal and/or transverse cut of the sheet and the calibration of the sought sheet thickness.
  • Nested pasta and lasagne machineries, for the production of nested pasta and lasagne arranged on trays.
  • Pre-drying shakers, essential to provide pre-drain of product, that is drying the surface of the product in order to avoid its sticking in the subsequent steps.
  • Continuous and static dryers for removing humidity from products. It is possible to operate high or low temperature drying, with automatic control of temperature and humidity.
  • Static dryers can dry any amount of product of any shape.
